An internationally published, national award-winning copywriter, Robert Kaye has written hundreds of feature articles (including several cover stories), celebrity interviews and reviews for both print and electronic media. In addition to writing for GLOBAL RHYTHM he is currently the Assistant Editor for Bassics Magazine, a specialty music publication based in California. He is also a Senior Writer for www.abstractlogix.com. Kaye penned the screenplays for PBS television documentaries, as well as writing on-air script copy. He created award-winning publicity campaigns and promotional materials for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival. He also wrote marketing/sales materials (bios, sales sheets, CD-stickers) for Grammy-nominated and award-winning performing artists. Kaye’s expertise in advertising includes writing copy for radio/TV and designing display ads for print media. Other projects he’s written include owner’s manuals, grants, corporate brochures, website copy, press releases, trademark applications and more. Kaye graduated with honors from the University of Colorado, Denver. As a professional musician, Kaye performs on bass guitars (electric and acoustic) and hand percussion (electric and acoustic). He has teaches bass guitar professionally and has taught collegiate level Music Theory. Kaye has also hosted his own radio programs, specializing in both Contemporary Jazz and World Music.
