Description:
The theme of the 17th DC Blues Festival is "Divas Stir Up the Blues." The Festival will feature some of the finest female blues performers out there today. In addition, there will be vocal, harp, and guitar workshops, along with a children's petting zoo for children to come by and play the instruments.

Blues on Board, Ruby Hayes, DeConstance, Candye Kane, Sharrie Williams, and Saffire-The Uppity Blues Women.
