Celebrate all things Celtic with this three-day annual extravaganza of music, dance, storytelling and crafts. Highlights include a Mass Pipe Band Parade featuring 200 pipers from all over Ontario, lively downtown street festival, evening concerts with world-class entertainers, busking competition, and lots more. The Celtic Festival offers residents & visitors to Owen Sound many opportunities to experience the sights, sounds, and tastes of Celtic tradition. Tickets and weekend passes on sale Spring 2005.
