Latina Poets Festival 2007 Coming To NYC In March

The Puerto Rican Traveling Theatre presents ten of the most cutting edge Latina female poets and performers this spring.

Celebrating the theatre’s 40th anniversary, the Latina Poets Festival 2007 will feature La Bruja, Mariposa Fernandez, Patty Dukes, Sandra Maria Esteves, Linda Nieves Powell, Dr. Myrna Nieves, and Prisionera. There will also be special appearances by Carmen D. Lucca, Rhina Valentin, Carmen Valle, Lourdes Vazquez, Miriam Cruz, and Jazmin Caratini.
