Los Angeles native Yolanda Perez will be performing in New Jersey as part of her U.S. Tour that will take her to North Eastern states, as she has quickly become a  “symbol of a new generation of Latinos for whom mixing languages, music’s and cultures is a natural.”

At only 23 years of age Yolanda Perez is a pioneer and will continue to be one. She was the first of her generation to mix hip-hop and reggeaton with Regional Mexican banda music.  Thanks to her innovative approach to music she has received widespread critical acclaim from some of the country’s leading publications such as: Los Angeles Times, The Dallas Morning News, NY Village Voice, Billboard, Los Angeles Magazine, People En Espanol, Latina Magazine and Jane among many others.

On her third album on Fonovisa Records titled “Esto Es Amor”, she delivers a captivating mix of reggaeton and banda on her single “Cuando Quieras, Como Quieras (When you want, the way you want)” among other Regional Mexican and hip-hop gems.

Yolanda Perez’s success began with her debut album titled  “Dejenme Llorar” thanks to the bilingual urban regional hybrid track “Estoy Enamorada,” she reached the Top 10 position on Billboard’s ‘Regional Mexican Airplay’ chart  and Top 30 on ‘Top Latin Albums’ chart and became the first Latin female artist to have scored an Urban Regional hit song.
