Happy Birthday, Mr. Marley!

In Ghana, West Africa the Rita Marley Foundation and the Bob Marley Foundation will host the second annual "Africa Unite" featuring performances by the Marley Brothers, Steel Pulse and the I-Threes.

Today in Africa and Jamaica thousands will gather to celebrate the legacy of Robert "Bob" Nesta Marley. Marley would have been 61 today (February 6).

In Ghana, West Africa the Rita Marley Foundation and the Bob Marley Foundation will host the second annual "Africa Unite" featuring performances by the Marley Brothers, Steel Pulse and the I-Threes.

In Kingston, the Jamaica National Heritage Trust will unveil a National Heritage Plaque at The Bob Marley Museum at 56 Hope Road with a concert to follow.

Bob Marley's music lives on with the recently released 'Africa Unite: The Singles Collection' featuring "Slogans," the first Bob Marley track to be released in over a decade.
