Flamenco artist Enrique Morente Releases a New Recording, Morente sueña La Alhambra

The album is also the soundtrack of a documentary film featuring appearances by Tomatito, Blanca Li, Israel Galván, Pat Metheny, Cheb Khaled, Ute Lemper and others.

Enrique Morente has presented his latest work in Madrid. It is his new record, Morente sueña La Alhambra (Morente dreams of the Alhambra), which is also the soundtrack of a documentary that was directed by José Sánchez-Montes. The Alhambra is the absolute protagonist of the film, which features consecutive appearances by musicians from different cultures, like Tomatito, Blanca Li or Israel Galván, Pat Metheny, Cheb Khaled and Ute Lemper, as well as the presence of Miguel de Cervantes, Luis Cernuda, San Juan de la Cruz and Astor Piazzola.
