The year the WORLD MUSIC AWARDS benefits the Monaco Aide and Presence Foundation by constructing orphanages, schools and hospitals for underprivileged children in the third world. To date there are 16 active World Music Awards centers around the world and plans for additional locations. This year the World Music Awards are building a clinic and orphanage in Cameroon
