Kinky Returns To The Stage With Their New Album Reina
Published October 10, 2006

The infectious energy and vibrant compositions of the popular electronic band Kinky will be felt across the U.S., Mexico and Canada, with their long-awaited tour, continuing on October 13.

Kinky, since the launch of their latest album Reina, have already performed at music festivals alongside artists like Beck, Muse and Wolf Mother. They return to the stage with their acclaimed live show that promises to be among the best in their career.

The tour will visit San Diego, New York, San Antonio and Toronto, among others. On November 11th, Kinky will join the superstar lineup of the Bang! Music Festival in Bicentennial Park, in Miami. Kinky will share the stage with Gnarls Barkley, Modest Mouse and Duran Duran.

Reina, their third album, was written and produced entirely by Kinky and features collaborations by Men at Work singer Colin Hay, Ely Guerra and Rick Munoz, the accordionist for Intocable. The album was released by Nettwerk in conjunction with the band’s own label Kin Kon.

With Reina, Kinky returns to the music world stronger than ever, drenched in innovative sounds and the unmatched stage presence that places among the most highly acclaimed bands in their genre.
