The ensemble will demonstrate and perform selections from their repertoire of Jiangnan Sizhu, Cantonese music, Fujian Nanyin, and the music of living composers.

Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 6:00PM Min Xiao Fen and her Blue Pipa Trio with special guest gaohu master Li Yang-Yi present musical improvisations and cross-cultural dialogue from Chinese traditions to jazz.
